All orders are shipped via USPS throughout the continental United States. Shipping times may vary depending upon USPS's system. All orders come standard with tracking that will be shared with you after your purchase has shipped, giving you peace of mind.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Return Policy
We strive to deliver a work of fine art that is both beautiful and ready to withstand any adventure through the mail.
We do not currently accept returns. Each order is inspected, packed, and shipped to ensure satisfaction before it ever leaves our premises.
However, in the unfortunate and rare circumstance that your order arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] so that we can find a way to make things right.
What does preorder mean?
Glad you asked! We are a small and cozy operation that is constantly testing out new designs to best serve our community and fans.
New items will often go up for preorder to gauge demand and allow enough time to fulfill the quality and charm you have come to expect from Porcelain Postcards.
